JOB OVERVIEW

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Advertising Specialist to join our team at OhmsKids Pte Ltd. As a Social Media Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence (with a focus on Instagram and Facebook), creating engaging content, and implementing paid advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

Responsibilities:

Create high-quality, engaging picture and video content for daily posting on our social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Manage and schedule content in advance using a scheduling tool to ensure consistent posting.
Respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and friendly manner.
Conduct hashtag research to increase content visibility and reach.
Create and publish social media stories content to engage followers and drive website traffic.
Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights).
Manage and optimize our paid social media advertising campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
Collaborate with our Website Manager to ensure consistent messaging across our website and social media platforms.
Work with our Customer Manager to ensure leads are transferred and handled properly.
Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

Requirements:

Excellent content creation and writing skills.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their features.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with content creation tools, scheduling tools, and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights).
Experience in social media management, content creation, and paid advertising (preferably in the education industry).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
