About the Role:
Real McKoy Auto and Real McKoy Real Estate are expanding, and we’re hiring a Cold Calling Virtual Assistant who’s confident on the phone, persistent, and organized. Your main job will be calling leads for our car rental and real estate businesses, following scripts, asking qualifying questions, and scheduling follow-ups. If you're a strong communicator with a go-getter attitude, we want to hear from you.

???? Primary Responsibilities
Cold Calling (Main Role)

Call warm and cold leads for car rentals, property owners, and potential sellers

Follow a provided script (with flexibility to adapt naturally)

Ask qualifying questions, take detailed notes, and log data into CRM

Book follow-up calls and transfer hot leads

Stay consistent and hit daily/weekly call targets

Secondary Tasks (Support Role)

Handle follow-up messages via text and email

Post on social media (optional, training provided)

Keep basic records organized for real estate deals or car rentals

Help track payments, paperwork, and appointments

? Requirements
Cold calling experience is a MUST

Strong, clear spoken English

Confident, friendly, and not afraid to get hung up on

Organized and consistent with follow-up

Comfortable using dialers (e.g., Google Voice, CallTools, or similar)

Basic understanding of car rentals or real estate a plus

Must be able to overlap with U.S. Eastern Time hours

$300 USD per week

Paid weekly via PayPal, Wise, or international transfer

Bonuses for closed deals or booked appointments

Part-time to start (20–30 hours/week)

Consistent daily calling required (M–F)

Flexible hours, but must include some EST availability
