Now Hiring: Marketing & CRM Specialist (Go High Level + Social Media)
Work Setup: Remote | Part-Time to Full-Time
Industry: Accounting & Advisory for Dental, Medical & Wellness Practices
We’re a U.S.-based accounting and advisory firm that supports dental and independent healthcare practices. We’re looking for a creative, organized, and tech-savvy marketing professional with experience using Go High Level CRM and strong knowledge of major social media platforms.

What You’ll Do:
• Manage and organize leads and prospects using Go High Level CRM
• Set up and optimize sales funnels, landing pages, and automated email workflows
• Edit and publish engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Plan, schedule, and post content across platforms with consistent branding and messaging
• Monitor social media accounts and engage with followers—liking, commenting, and responding to build community and increase engagement
• Track performance and report on basic metrics to support marketing goals

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience using Go High Level CRM (building workflows, automations, landing pages, and managing pipelines)
• Strong knowledge of social media trends and features across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Video editing skills (for short-form videos, subtitles, and resizing for various platforms)
• Reliable, organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
