About the Role:
I’m looking for someone familiar with
This role involves not just the migration but also long-term support with ongoing tech questions, funnel builds, and automation setup as I continue to streamline my business systems.
You’ll be supporting an education & consulting based business that helps people build healthier homes, so attention to detail, proactive communication, and strategic thinking are key.
We're looking for someone available 4-6 hours/week to start, with potential to grow into a long-term systems manager or operations support role.
Responsibilities
- Support in system migration (Kajabi, FloDesk, Showit, Dubsado ? Ivorey).
- Help build and optimize funnels, automations, and workflows in
- Integrate systems and ensure smooth data flow between platforms.
- Assist with program launches, automated
- Support domain setup, form integrations, payment automations, and pipeline organization.
- Collaborate via Slack and join occasional Zoom calls for strategy and planning.
- Provide ongoing tech and systems support post-migration.
- Keeping website up to date.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong background in using and integrating Notion (required)
- Experience with Go High Level or
- Experience with using loom
- Skilled at creating and managing automations, funnels, and
- Familiar with Canva for design tasks and assets.
- Understanding of CRM setups, course launches, and client onboarding systems.
- Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Available for collaboration between 8am–5pm Mountain Time (doesn’t need to be full-time but some overlap is required).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven — a true “go-getter” who enjoys building efficient systems and helping a business grow.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with Zapier or other automation tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and suggest creative tech solutions.
- An interest in building science, health, or conscious living (not required but a plus).
