- Has experience setting up Switchy.io or similar tools (Rebrandly, Bit.ly Pro, etc.)
- Proficient in Zapier, including multi-step zaps and filtering
- Comfortable inside GoHighLevel, especially custom values, tags, and workflows
- Knows how to set up a system once and make it easy to manage moving forward
