Email + Content Designer (Klaviyo + Graphics)

We’re looking for a highly reliable, independent designer who can fully own our email marketing and social content execution.

This is for Griffin Fitness, a U.S.-based strength equipment brand. We move fast and expect the same from our team — no hand-holding, no guesswork, no delays.

Responsibilities:
- Design and build email campaigns in Klaviyo
- Create branded assets for email, blog, and social
- Schedule and manage content in Buffer or similar tools
- Write short-form copy (or work with existing templates)
- Send daily updates via Slack
- Use Hubstaff for time tracking
- Hit weekly deliverables without micromanagement

You’re a Fit If You:
- Have at least 2 years of email design experience
- Know how to finish what you start
- Communicate clearly and consistently
- Can self-manage and meet deadlines
- Speak and write fluent English
- Care about details and doing things right the first time
