We’re hiring a Marketing Project Manager & Content Strategist to help drive growth across two established eCommerce brands in the industrial flow control space. Our products include solenoid valves, motorized valves, manual valves, and related components, sold both direct-to-consumer (B2C) and through a growing B2B sales channel.

Role Overview:
You will lead our marketing efforts, formulating strategies that align with our business objectives, managing CRM initiatives, and overseeing both digital campaigns and print media projects.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across digital and offline channels.
-Manage SEO and digital advertising campaigns, utilizing analytics tools like GA4 for performance assessment.
-Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
-Lead efforts on LinkedIn and perform thorough competitor analysis.
-Develop customer personas, utilize CRM to enhance customer relationships, and refine SOPs.
-Coordinate with freelancers and agencies for website and graphic design needs.
-Report directly to company owners and regularly propose strategy enhancements.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a technical or industrial sector.
-Strong project management skills and experience with task management systems like Asana or ClickUp.
-Proficiency in CRM platforms, with a keen ability to leverage customer data for marketing strategies.
