We’re Hiring: A Tech-Savvy VA Who Can Build, Optimize, and Analyze Behind the Scenes

We’re a digital business scaling through smart systems, clear messaging, and a strong client experience. We’re looking for a highly competent, self-motivated, reliable Virtual Assistant who thrives in both execution and analysis — someone who can build beautiful landing pages and translate metrics into meaningful decisions.

You’ll be responsible for implementing tech, building, maintaining and troubleshooting automations, and delivering key insights around performance — so we’re always optimizing for results, not guesswork.

Key Responsibilities:

Tech Implementation & Support
• Build and update beautiful landing pages, funnels, and automations in Kajabi
• Create and manage sales pages, upsells, and checkout flows in SamCart
• Implement complex email sequences and automation using Kit / ConvertKit
• Connect tools using Zapier, troubleshoot issues, and streamline operations
• Proactively report on progress through project management software

Data & Performance Analysis
• Track and analyze email marketing metrics (open/click/conversion rates, A/B tests)
• Monitor funnel performance (landing page conversions, sales page behavior, drop-off points)
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience through data insights
• Present findings in a clear, actionable format (Google Sheets, Notion dashboards, etc.)

Quality Assurance
• Catch and resolve tech issues proactively
• Maintain consistency in branding, formatting, and user experience across assets


You’re Right for This Role If You:
• Have 2+ years in a tech-focused VA or implementation role
• Are confident using Kajabi, SamCart, Kit/ConvertKit, and Zapier
• Know how to gather, interpret, and act on performance data
• Communicate clearly and ask smart questions when needed
• Don’t wait to be told what to fix — you spot and solve problems on your own
• Can balance detail-orientation with fast execution
