We’re looking for a Website & Landing Page Designer/Developer who can design with purpose and develop with precision. This full-time, remote role focuses on creating high-converting websites and landing pages that generate real results for our members' marketing campaigns.

You’ll design and develop up to 20 custom landing pages per member per quarter, plus support full website projects. Every page you build will align with brand standards, be optimized for lead generation, and work seamlessly across devices. We reward great performance—bonuses are available for consistently high-quality, high-converting work.

In addition to web and landing page design, you'll also create email templates and digital collateral as part of integrated marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop websites and landing pages optimized for conversion and user experience.

Ensure every design follows the member's branding (fonts, favicons, forms, etc.).

Test all forms, links, and page functions for flawless performance.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align web projects with campaign goals.

Create email templates and digital collateral to support each campaign.

Manage multiple projects and hit deadlines in a remote, fast-paced environment.

What You Bring:
Proven experience designing and developing landing pages and websites that convert.

Proficiency with WordPress (Elementor), Unbounce, Leadpages, ClickFunnels, or similar tools.

Solid understanding of CRO, UX/UI, and responsive design.

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for template tweaks and fixes.

Strong communication in English, both written and spoken.

Self-motivated and organized, able to work within our operational hours (6:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST).

Attention to detail and a passion for clean, functional design.

Perks & Compensation:
Competitive pay with bonus opportunities based on performance.

Paid holidays and 7 paid sick days per year (after 6 months).

If you use more than 7 sick days, you can make up time over the weekend to stay on track.

Flexible, remote work environment with creative freedom.

Professional tools provided: Adobe Suite, Canva, and more.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have):
SEO knowledge for on-page optimization.

Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel).

A/B testing and conversion tracking experience.

Ready to build web experiences that drive results?
We’d love to see your work and chat about how you can grow with our team.
