**Role**
- Manage social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and WhatsApp
- Create/edit short?form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
- Create/edit long?form videos (Podcast, YouTube)
- Schedule posts and engage with followers
- Track KPIs and refine content
- Collaborate with executive team on brand vision

**Requirements**
- Fluent English, strong writing
- Expert short?form video editing
- Creative instincts, organized, self?starter
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, HeyGen, Creator Studios, Buffer/Later or similar tools
- (Bonus) Experience in real estate/education brands

**Details**
- Full?Time, Mon–Fri (9:00AM–5:00PM EST, flexible)
- $2.50/hour + performance bonuses
- Health insurance & 2?weeks PTO after 90?days
