Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Life Insurance Agent Recruiter
Location: Remote
Hours: 20 hours per week
Pay: $4 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and driven Virtual Assistant to support our recruitment efforts for life insurance agents. This role involves sourcing, reaching out to, and following up with potential candidates to help build a strong and motivated team of agents. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source potential candidates through online platforms and job boards
• Initiate contact with leads via
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and statuses
• Follow up with prospects regularly to ensure engagement
• Assist with onboarding tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused with minimal supervision
• Clear and fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Experience in recruiting or virtual assistant work is a plus
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
Compensation & Schedule:
• $4 USD per hour
• 20 hours per week (flexible schedule may be considered)
