We’re looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to handle outreach to influencers and content creators across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. You’ll help identify potential partners, send initial outreach messages, and track follow-ups.

???? Responsibilities
Research and identify influencers/creators that align with our brand or client goals

Create and maintain a database (e.g., Google Sheets, Airtable) of potential partners

Send out customized outreach messages (via email or DMs)

Follow up with leads and track responses

Schedule calls or collaborations when needed

Help brainstorm outreach strategies and campaign ideas

Report weekly on outreach progress and performance

? Requirements
Strong written English skills

Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic data entry

Experience in outreach, sales, or influencer marketing is a plus, but not required

Must be proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
