JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:
We’re a growing creative content licensing team based in Sydney, that works with a range of clients across from the advertising, marketing and publishing industries. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-driven Virtual Assistant to help manage our HubSpot CRM, support our sales process, and assist with lead generation and follow-ups.

This is a part-time role (approx. 10 hours/week) with the potential to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Keep our HubSpot CRM organized: update contacts, manage deal stages, clean up pipelines
• Assist in identifying and qualifying leads based on key criteria
• Set up and manage email sequences and follow-up tasks in HubSpot
• Conduct light research on leads or potential clients
• Track outreach, update notes, and flag promising opportunities
• Help prepare weekly reports or summaries on activity
• Provide general admin support around the sales process
- Will help direct email inquiries, complete admin tasks in website backends and run reports from these systems.

We’d Love to Work With Someone Who:
• Has hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales CRM
• Understands how to spot and organize quality leads
• Is methodical and detail-oriented — nothing slips through the cracks
• Communicates professionally and clearly (written + email skills matter!)
• Is proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently
• Bonus: has experience supporting creative or service-based businesses
- Can learn new systems easily if needed and a good problem solver

Role Details:
• Hours: 10 hours/week (with potential to increase)
• Start: ASAP
• Time zone: Flexible, with some overlap preferred in Sydney EST
• Rate: Please include your hourly rate when applying
