Adelfia Insurance is seeking a Customer Service Specialst to join one of the top performing insurance offices in Los Angeles. You will be responsible for generating results through helping customers with their property and casualty insurance needs inside our book of business.

- Must speak and write English at an expert level
- This is a full time 9AM - 5PM Pacific Standard Time position Monday - Friday
Here are some details about the position and compensation:
Responsibilities:
- Perform policy reviews with current customers.
- Solve underwriting and inspection issues that come up.
- Assist with filing and handling claims.
- Answer phone calls and provide top quality service to current customers
- Demonstrate competency and knowledge of insurance products & rules
- Handle Notice of Cancellations.
- Attempt to save customers from pending cancellations
- Process Certificates of Insurance.
- Handle billing inquiries.
- Provide Auto ID Cards.
- CRM Management .
- Spanish speaking is not required but preferred
- Etc.
We are looking for self-driven individuals who are “A” players and want to make a great living. Our work environment is fast paced, upbeat and results driven. Experience in the industry is not necessary. Our training and resources are top notch and if you have what it takes, we will take care of getting you up to speed. Your main goal will always be to put the customer's best interest first in order to properly protect them.
Business hours are from 9am-5pm PST Monday-Friday. Important traits are accountability, great communication, fast learners, and having an overall positive attitude.
