Job Description: Part-Time Virtual Assistant (Social Media Specialist)

Scheduling & Management: Plan and schedule posts to maintain a consistent and professional online presence.
Performance Analysis: Monitor social media performance metrics, such as engagement rates, click-throughs, and lead conversions, and adjust strategies as needed.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
Community Engagement: Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a warm and professional manner.
Affiliate Offer Promotion: Strategically integrate affiliate offers within content while maintaining a natural, value-driven approach.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
Familiarity with email lead generation strategies and affiliate marketing principles.
Excellent written communication skills with a personable and approachable style.
Proficient in social media scheduling tools like Later, Hootsuite, or Canva.
Ability to interpret analytics and make data-informed decisions.
Creative thinker with the ability to align content creation with broader brand goals.
