bookings at America’s most exclusive restaurants. By combining tech-driven precision with
concierge-level service, Prime Res gives users seamless access to reservations typically
considered impossible to book. Our platform caters to high-income professionals, corporate
executives, and food enthusiasts. We're focused on scaling a premium, tech-enabled service
that elevates the dining experience.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a full-time Virtual Marketing Assistant to help run and grow our digital
presence. This person will manage and execute our social, content, and lead generation
strategy across multiple platforms. You’ll be the driving force behind increasing awareness
and traffic to our landing page and ultimately fueling sign-ups and sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and schedule branded content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and
Reddit.
- Design visual assets using Canva aligned with our brand tone and target market.
- Write engaging copy for posts, captions, direct messages, and outreach campaigns.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and message potential customers.
- Engage with comments, DMs, and community activity in a timely, brand-consistent way.
- Drive traffic to our website through both organic strategies and influencer outreach.
- Report on engagement metrics and campaign effectiveness; iterate based on data.

Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in a startup or launch-phase setting.
- Proven ability to create content independently across visual and written formats.
- Comfortable executing grassroots marketing campaigns and growing early brand
awareness.
- Familiarity with Canva, Sales Navigator, and social publishing tools.
- Proficient in written English with excellent grammar and tone.
- Self-starter with high responsiveness and ability to meet deadlines under time constraints.
- Bonus: Experience with paid Meta (Instagram) ads and marketing funnel optimization.

Compensation & Requirements
- Full-Time: ~40 hours per week
- Base Pay: $7/hour
- Performance Bonus: Based on KPI targets for waitlist sign-ups and/or sales
- Optional Pay-Per-Performance Plan
- Preferred: Ability to work East Coast US business hours
- Must have high-speed internet and a modern computer
- Must be fluent or extremely proficient in English
