Job Description: We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Operations Manager to oversee team performance, foster growth, and help set benchmarks for success. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for leadership, and enjoy remote work flexibility, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate employee performance metrics
Facilitate goal-setting and track progress across departments
Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent growth and development
Support and implement operational improvements
Perform additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:
Female, aged 28-40
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 3 years managing a team of 15+ employees in a company with 500+ staff (preferably US-based)
Must provide references related to the above management experience
Exceptional English and communication skills (minimal accent)
Experience working remotely is a plus
Must be a “D” type on the DISC personality assessment

Tools You Will Use:
Communication and project management platforms (e.g., Slack, Trello, Asana)
Performance tracking software
Standard office productivity tools

Details:
Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST (Graveyard Shift)
Salary: $5/hr during training. $6/hr upon successful completion of training. $7/hr after 6 months of successful post-training work. Future increases based on company performance, etc.
