Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to join our sales and marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of generating leads, setting appointments, or selling products/services. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable handling objections, and eager to hit performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective clients or customers
Introduce the company’s products/services, clearly communicate value propositions
Qualify leads based on a predefined criteria and transfer them to the appropriate team
Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM tools
Follow call scripts and adapt them as needed to improve conversion rates
Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion quotas
Handle initial objections and answer basic questions about the offering
Provide feedback to the team on market trends and call performance
Requirements:

Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Comfortable working with targets and quotas
Familiarity with Dialpad systems is a plus
Fluent in English
Must Have own equipment, Computer, reliable internet at least 100mbps, with headset with good noise cancellation is a plus
