Client Outreach Specialist (Cold Calling & Appointment Setter for DNA/Drug Testing Company)

We are a mobile DNA and drug testing company based in the U.S. seeking a reliable, English-speaking Virtual Assistant to assist with client outreach. Your role will include cold calling, following up with warm leads, and setting appointments for our intake team.

Your tasks will include:

Making outbound calls to U.S. law offices, clinics, and staffing agencies (script provided)

Sending follow-up emails

Entering and tracking client info into our CRM (HubSpot)

Providing daily reports of calls made and responses received


This is an ongoing role with potential to become full-time. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, polite, and confident speaking with U.S.-based professionals.
