What you’ll do
• Dial warm & cold buyer and seller leads from our CRM Sierra Interactive
• Qualify motivation, timeline, property details
• Set listing appointments on agent calendar and confirm via SMS?
• Track every conversation in Sierra Interactive & update dispositions
• Hit daily: 300 dials / 2.5 hrs talk-time / 5+ kept appts per week
Must-haves
• 1-yr U.S. real-estate ISA or cold-calling experience
• Neutral/WEST neutral accent, reliable 10 Mbps+, USB headset, quiet room
• Fluent written English; comfort with scripts, objections & basic comps
• Availability: 9 AM-6 PM ET, Mon-Fri
Compensation & benefits
• Base: $7 /hr probation ? $8 /hr after 90days & KPIs met
• $15 per kept listing (seller) appointment (paid weekly) - $15 per kept listing (buyer) appointment (paid weekly)
• $200 per signed (seller) listing from your appts - $200 under contract buyer from your appts
• Tier bonus: +$150 at 20 kept / +$300 at 30 kept (monthly)
• 13th-month pay, PH holidays off w/ pay, 5 PTO days after 6 months
• Annual merit raise review
With 25 kept appts + 2 closed listings/month, the ISA would gross ? $1,800, placing you comfortably above median while still sub-agent cost.
