Develop a QR Code Scanner App for iOS & Android using React Native

We are seeking a skilled developer to create a QR code scanner mobile application compatible with both iOS and Android platforms. The app should be built using React Native, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in mobile app development and will be able to deliver a fully functional QR scanner with features such as history tracking and share options. Functional Requirements

1. Sign In Page: Phone number sign in with OTP

2. Employees:
Employee_id: unique, their phone number
Restaurant_id: foreign key into the restaurant table

3. Restaurant Provider - react wrapper

4. Transaction:
Created at: timestamp
Fulfilled_by:string, null
Tip: numeric

5. Scanner Page:
Parse the qr code and retrieve the transaction ids
Query the transaction by these transaction ids
Kind of display list of items to be redeemed
Give the employee the option to choose which items to redeem
They select whatever items and then hit redeem button
We do a post query we mark fulfilled_by with employee_id
