Real Estate Assistant / Cold Caller

We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and hungry-to-learn Virtual Assistant to handle cold calling for our real estate wholesale company. You will be calling property owners, following our proven scripts, and gathering key information like asking price, motivation, timeline, and condition.

Your goal is to engage sellers in real conversations (not robotic), qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our team.

? Use our dialer system (training provided)
? Follow our call scripts and objection handling guides
? Enter lead data into our CRM (Podio) accurately
? Submit your daily performance report via Slack & Google Sheets
? Required to join a daily Google Meet check-in with our team

Who We’re Looking For:
?? Excellent spoken English (clear, friendly, natural tone — NOT robotic)
?? Confident and comfortable on the phone, not afraid to handle rejection
?? Strong listening skills and ability to ask open-ended questions to build rapport
?? Reliable with consistent internet connection, headset, and quiet workspace
?? Willing to learn, take feedback, and improve through call reviews
?? Must be available for the shift times listed above (CST schedule)

Preferred (But Not Required):
? Experience in real estate cold calling or similar sales roles
? Familiarity with Podio CRM, Dialers, Google Sheets, or Slack
