???? Key Responsibilities:
Engage with Our Community:
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions across
Facebook
Help manage and moderate our Modern Divorce Support Group (20K+ members), ensuring the space stays safe, supportive, and on-topic.
Lead Connection & Follow-Up:
Identify potential leads from social engagement and direct them to our Intake Department for consultations or additional help.
Supportive Resource Sharing:
Follow up with individuals who have reached out for help—make sure they have links to our resources, support groups, and services.
Timely, Consistent Communication:
Respond quickly and reliably during your scheduled hours. You’ll be the frontline voice of Modern Law’s online presence.
