Role Summary:
We are seeking a confident, energetic Sales Representative to take charge of incoming leads generated through social media and digital campaigns. This person will be responsible for nurturing prospects, conducting discovery calls, educating potential clients on our funding solutions, and closing deals.

You’ll play a key role in driving revenue by helping entrepreneurs, real estate investors, and business owners get access to the funding they need.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage and qualify leads from our social media and online platforms.

Conduct discovery and sales calls to understand client needs and explain our funding solutions.

Guide prospects through our funding process and application requirements.

Maintain organized follow-up systems to keep leads warm and moving forward.

Use CRM tools to track lead activity, conversions, and pipeline performance.

Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign results.

Hit conversion and revenue goals consistently.

Ideal Candidate Has:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in business funding, financial services, or real estate.

Strong communication and persuasion skills—especially over the phone and via Zoom.

Experience using a CRM (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar).

Ability to work independently, follow up relentlessly, and manage a pipeline.

Familiarity with business credit, funding options, or investor services (a plus).

A natural drive to help others while closing high-value deals.
