Great PHP Developer wanted (Wordpress/Codeigniter)

I'm looking for a great PHP developer. You will have experience in programming Wordpress themes and plugins. Also need to have experience in CodeIgniter or other PHP frameworks. Also, you'll need to understand PHP Object Oriented coding.

Requirements:
- For Wordpress experience, you must have developed plugins or themes. Setting up Wordpress is not programming!
- You must have your own computer and a high speed internet connection.

I have many projects for you, including:
- Taking sliced PSDs (HTML/CSS and graphics) and turning them into themes.
- Creating an appointment booking application.
- Creating a mailing list application/editor.
- Making changes to an existing events plugin for wordpress.
- Adding to/rewriting an existing "management" application.

This is fun work with good variety. To apply, follow the instructions below.

2. Please tell me your current work situation. If you are currently employed, we'll talk about how to handle that.
3. Please tell me what other skills do you have (like jQuery, Drupal, etc.)? Please try to provide examples.
4. Please tell me which function you would use to check if the current Wordpress page being loaded is an admin page or not.

If hired, I will give you a paid project to do. This will help both of us know if we work well together. If the project goes well, I would like to hire you full time. I pay every week, and I pay the 13th month bonus.

About me:
I'm a full time PHP developer in Chicago. I also run my own business providing websites (my boss approves of this side work). I have over 120 sites, and am about to get a lot more. I have a lot of work, 4 people work for me part time.
