About:
Manual Driving Academy is a provider of stick-shift (manual) driving lessons in the United States. We help students in over 30 cities learn to drive manual — including everyday drivers, military personnel, and car enthusiasts. We are hiring a reliable, fluent English speaker to join our team as a Customer Service Representative to support our U.S.-based operations.
This job pays $400 USD per month for the first three months. After that, you can expect increases based on performance and reliability.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls, texts, and
- Coordinating lesson bookings between students and instructors
- Assisting with onboarding new driving instructors
- Logging and documenting updates accurately
- Communicating clearly with the rest of the team
Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English (you’ll be on the phone with U.S.-based customers)
Ability to work Central Time (CST) hours
Shift 1: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Shift 2: Monday to Friday | 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM and Saturday/Sunday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
You may alternate shifts with co-workers
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Understands American customer service expectations and communication style
Fast, reliable internet and a quiet workspace
You must be able to follow instructions carefully and communicate professionally
