JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our team. This position is remote and ideal for someone who thrives in a multi-role environment.

The ideal candidate will act as a customer service representative, receptionist, light tech support agent, CRM manager, and personal assistant. Responsibilities will include managing client communication by phone, email, and chat, scheduling appointments, following up on support requests, creating and updating support tickets, and handling basic troubleshooting tasks. You will also help maintain the CRM system, manage documentation and client records, assist with recurring administrative needs, and handle invoicing tasks. This includes reviewing time entries, generating invoices, and ensuring timely billing.

Strong problem-solving skills are essential for this role. You must be able to think critically, handle unexpected issues calmly, and find solutions independently or escalate when appropriate. Applicants should be comfortable working without constant supervision, and be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a high level of attention to detail. Previous experience with helpdesk platforms or CRM tools is preferred. Familiarity with Pulseway, Pulseway PSA, Google Workspace, Zoho, or similar systems is helpful but not required.
