We are a fast-growing real estate investment team looking for a proactive, driven, and resourceful individual to join our remote squad. Your mission? Find motivated property owners who want to sell—and help us turn them into successful deals.
Role Summary:
As a Cold Caller / Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be the front line of our acquisitions team. Your job is to identify property owners, build rapport, assess motivation, and schedule walkthroughs or inspections. You’ll be using scripts, tools, and a proven system—but we’re counting on your hustle, charm, and discipline to get results.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls using our dialer and scripts to contact homeowners
- Build rapport, overcome objections, and generate interest in selling
- Qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls or in-person appointments
- Log call notes, update lead statuses, and manage task workflows in CRM
- Confirm appointments with sellers and coordinate walkthroughs
- Generate leads through organic outreach on platforms like
- Use software such as GHL, Podio, FUB, Calendly, Kixie or MojoDialer and other tools
Must-Haves
- Reliable tech setup: stable internet, quality headset, and a dependable computer
- Fluent English: excellent spoken and written skills with a neutral accent
- Sales experience: prior success with cold calling or U.S. real estate clients
- Real estate knowledge: basic terms, valuations, and investor lingo (training available)
- Tech savvy: confident using Google Docs/Sheets, CRMs, and dialers
- Self-starter: organized, punctual, reliable, and independent
- Coachable: open to feedback, quick to adapt, and process-driven
- Availability: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday
Compensation & Perks
+ $5/hour, 40 hours a week, paid weekly via Wise
