We are a fast-growing company, looking for part time to full time, starting pay will be $600-$900/month plus extra bonuses and commissions. Pay is unlimited and based on metrics and performance.

Responsibilities:

Appointment Setting & Lead Engagement:
* Start and hold meaningful ---------- conversations on Instagram and Facebook with potential clients
* Build rapport and identify women’s health + fitness challenges
* Qualify leads and schedule calls with our coaching team
* Follow up with leads who haven’t yet joined
* Respond to incoming messages quickly and engage in conversations
* Meet performance KPIs and contribute to a culture of support and excellence

Virtual Assistant & Organizational Tasks:
* Manage posting, engagement, and community support in our private client Facebook group
* Support client onboarding and ensure a seamless start to their journey
* Operate in CRM systems GoHighLevel and Asana to keep client records and communication
* Create social media and client-facing graphics in Canva, CapCut, or other reel-building apps
* Organize and manage content calendars and scheduling
* Help with basic photo/video editing for social media
* Handle client accounts and communication: assist with updates, scheduling, and ongoing support
* Assist coaches with day-to-day operations
* Attend weekly tea ---------- etings

Requirements:
* Self-starter -- you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your own time and multiple conversations at once
* Driven -- competitive and confident with chasing down leads with persistency, and moving prospects to the next stage to reach sales targets for our company
* Adaptable -- Able to multitask and prioritize under ever-changing needs and schedules
* Coachable -- you are willing to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
* Proficiency in Facebook and Instagram
* Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in using any tools/software to generate leads.
* Tech-savvy; comfortable using various tools/software necessary to be effective for the role.
* High level English speaking proficiency, written and verbal
* Willingness to work during U.S. business hours
* Ability to attend weekly meetings.
