We are looking for a highly skilled Amazon Inventory & Case Specialist who can efficiently handle case management, listing issues, account health resolutions, and inventory-related challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Flat File & Listing Management
Upload, update, and troubleshoot complex flat files to ensure accurate product listings.
Optimize product listings to meet Amazon’s compliance and SEO best practices.
Prevent listing suppression, blocked listings, and hazmat flags by ensuring accuracy.
Amazon Case Handling & Compliance
Open and manage high-priority cases with Amazon Seller Support and escalate when necessary.
Handle compliance approvals for supplements and beauty products, ensuring smooth ungating.
Prevent and resolve account health issues, including stranded inventory, policy violations, and suppressed listings.
Proactively monitor Amazon’s policy changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
Hazmat Prevention & Category Approval
Ensure products are correctly classified to avoid hazardous material (hazmat) restrictions.
Submit necessary documentation to obtain category approvals and keep products compliant.
Work with suppliers to ensure correct product certifications, SDS documents, and labeling compliance.
Troubleshooting & Resolution
Identify root causes of listing problems and provide efficient solutions.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth catalog management.
Maintain organized case logs to track issues and resolutions for process improvement.
Inventory & Supply Chain Support
Work with the inventory team to track stock levels, manage replenishment strategies, and resolve inventory discrepancies within Amazon.
Reconcile FBA and 3PL shipments, identifying lost, delayed, or miscounted stock and filing cases for resolution.
Manage FBM inventory, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and timely restocking.
Assist in purchase order (PO) tracking and approval coordination with suppliers and the inventory team.
Identify and file reimbursement claims for lost or damaged inventory in Amazon fulfillment centers.
Process and track refund claims related to returns, incorrect fees, and Amazon errors.
Monitor inventory adjustments and removals, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation.
Manage ASIN variations, parent-child listings, and bulk flat-file uploads to ensure proper catalog organization.
Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies, making necessary adjustments to avoid penalties and account suspensions.
Maintain brand registry accuracy, verifying that product details, A+ Content, and listings align with Amazon’s requirements.
Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and case resolution times, providing insights for process improvements.
Generate weekly and monthly reports on case resolutions, reimbursement recoveries, and inventory reconciliation.
Work with cross-functional teams to optimize Amazon performance and reduce operational inefficiencies.
