We just lost our wonderful VA as she had to pursue further studies and as much we are sad to see her go, we need someone to replace her and take over the operations manager/VA role for our company. Our company are ''brokers'' between clients and large insurance companies, who facilitate the process of helping clients get 'tailored made'' insurance packages for their needs. To facilitate ''issuing'' of policies, uploading all client data, being in regular contact with our local salesforce for whatever needs doing, basically.

We will need the following attibutes:

1. Be able to start work from 4.00 am ( 9.00 am new zealand time ) for a full 8 hour shift
2. Be available to the company director/staff( within 10 minutes), during work hours
3. Have some call center experience.
