???? The Role: Funnel Marketing Manager
This is both a builder and leader role. You’ll manage everything from funnel strategy to execution and optimization, while also overseeing the marketing calendar, coordinating with our content team, and reporting on growth KPIs.

You’ll be the architect and operator behind our marketing machine.

????? Key Responsibilities
Build, optimize, and manage sales funnels for our digital products and coaching offers

Write or guide copy for landing pages, emails, VSLs, upsells, and follow-up sequences

Track and improve key metrics: CPL, CAC, AOV, LTV, opt-in and conversion rates

Manage the full marketing calendar: launches, campaigns, promotions, and retargeting

Lead our existing content team (video editor, designer, VA) and ensure alignment

Coordinate with sales (DMs, calls, email replies) and ensure smooth funnel-to-close flow

A/B test creative, copy, offers, and page structure to improve performance weekly

Scale traffic with paid ads and retargeting, or work with a media buyer to do so

Build out simple automations via HighLevel, Zapier, or ActiveCampaign

? You’re a Fit If You...
Have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, funnel building, and conversion optimization

Have strong project management skills—you can lead, delegate, and hit deadlines

Know ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or Kajabi like the back of your hand

Can write direct-response copy or edit it to perform better

Think strategically but execute quickly

Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Take ownership—no hand-holding needed
