At Dealer Media, we value honesty, reliability, and attention to detail. As a Chat Specialist, you’ll play an important role in ensuring the quality of our customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Using our live chat system to qualify customers
- Analyzing application data for accuracy
- Following clear, detailed processes
- Reading between the lines during chats to catch important details
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent English skills (C2 Advanced/Mastery test score with a screenshot)
- IQ score of 9+ out of 10 (with a screenshot)
- Fast, accurate typing
- Sharp attention to detail (we monitor quality closely)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using different platforms
- A computer monitor (not just a laptop)
- Fast, stable internet — with a reliable backup
Work Schedule:
- Daily Schedule (Post-Training) - 8 hours + 30-minute lunch. 5 days a week
- Must have open availability between 5:00 AM and 10:00 PM PST (schedule may vary daily)
- Training: 4 weeks of intense paid training. Training schedule may also vary from post-training schedule
Bonus Points (Assets):
- Experience as a chat specialist or using chat platforms
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Zoom, and Slack
- Understanding of different vehicle types and brands
