We leverage the power of Meta advertising to reach, engage, and convert customers. Now, we’re looking for a Creative Strategist to bring powerful creative ideas to life that drive performance and brand love.

Job Description:
As a Creative Strategist, you’ll play a critical role in conceptualizing and directing winning ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram. You’ll translate product benefits into sharp, engaging angles and formats, brief the design team, and guide creative testing. You understand how to craft scroll-stopping creatives and how each format fits into the customer journey — from the first touch to the final conversion.

Responsibilities:
• Develop creative concepts, hooks, and storyboards for Meta ads that drive conversions.
• Brief and collaborate with video editors, graphic designers, and copywriters.
• Research competitors and winning ads to create trend-aware strategies.
• Identify and test different ad angles and value propositions.
• Analyze performance data to iterate on what works and discard what doesn’t.
• Work closely with the Media Buyers to align creative output with campaign objectives.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in a creative role, ideally in paid social or DTC e-commerce.
• Deep understanding of performance creatives for Meta (UGC, native ads, etc.).
• Strong copywriting skills and creative direction experience.
• Analytical mindset: comfortable reviewing metrics and iterating creatives based on performance.
• Experience working with creative teams or freelancers.
• English fluency, written and spoken.
• Video editing background is a plus + (not a necessity)
