Now, we’re looking for a Creative Strategist to bring powerful creative ideas to life that drive performance and brand love.
Job Description:
As a Creative Strategist, you’ll play a critical role in conceptualizing and directing winning ad creatives for
Responsibilities:
• Develop creative concepts, hooks, and storyboards for Meta ads that drive conversions.
• Brief and collaborate with video editors, graphic designers, and copywriters.
• Research competitors and winning ads to create trend-aware strategies.
• Identify and test different ad angles and value propositions.
• Analyze performance data to iterate on what works and discard what doesn’t.
• Work closely with the Media Buyers to align creative output with campaign objectives.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in a creative role, ideally in paid social or DTC e-commerce.
• Deep understanding of performance creatives for Meta (UGC, native ads, etc.).
• Strong copywriting skills and creative direction experience.
• Analytical mindset: comfortable reviewing metrics and iterating creatives based on performance.
• Experience working with creative teams or freelancers.
• English fluency, written and spoken.
• Video editing background is a plus + (not a necessity)
