### Here are the requirements. If you have ALL of this, then apply:

***Strong English language skills***. Clear written communication for documentation and cross-team collaboration. You should be comfortable working with an English-speaking team on English-language reports and projects. It's also helpful to have good spoken English. I typically like to see a C1/C2 test passed, but I don't require it.

***Strong problem-solving mindset*** comfortable owning projects end-to-end.

***Experience using automation tools*** 1+ years building no-/low-code automation like ClickUp automation, n8n, or Pabbly Connect, Other related tools like Zapier, Make/Integromat, or GoHighLevel,

***AI/LLM*** Familiarity with AI/LLM tooling (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.) and prompt engineering basics.

***Experience with project management tools***. You should be experienced in using a project management tool like ClickUp (or Asana, Trello, etc.).

***Data Manipulation***. Not just by hand, but using automated processes, AI tools, etc., to manipulate data (Ex. Google Sheets or Excel formulas or AI functions)

***Some experience with programming languages*** includes light scripting, developing applications, or utilities in JavaScript (TypeScript), PHP (Laravel/WordPress), or Python.

***REST/API*** Working knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs, JSON, and webhook architecture.

***Experience with AI Agents*** like OpenAI’s Operator, Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers as well,

***Cloud Workers*** Experience with Cloudflare Workers, Google Cloud Functions, or other serverless platforms.

***Marketing Automation*** Background in marketing operations, lead routing, or e-commerce data flows.

***Version Control*** Knowledge of Git or other version-control systems for automation files/templates.

***WordPress*** experience updating or developing with WordPress

### The role

You may need to handle the occasional research or data entry task and should be comfortable using GSuite (Gmail, GDocs, GSheets).

Our shift is Monday through Friday, 12 PM to 8 PM Philippines Standard Time. We can be somewhat flexible after training is complete, but the hours should mostly overlap with these. Hubstaff tracks time and requires a functioning PC.
