We’re a U.S.-based eCommerce startup helping landowners, farmers, contractors, RVers, and boaters take control of their water needs with water storage tanks and rainwater harvesting equipment. We’re launching our website soon and looking for an experienced, proactive eCommerce Store Manager to join as our very first hire. You’ll be the operational backbone of our business and a trusted right-hand to the founder.
This is not your average eCommerce or support role. You’ll have a hand in nearly every part of our business — managing customer support, overseeing website product listings, handling fulfillment processes, coordinating with suppliers, and gradually building and leading a team. We’re looking for someone who’s excited about taking ownership of day-to-day operations and growing into a leadership role as we scale.
What You'll Do:
-Answer phone calls, live chats, and
-Guide customers to the right product solutions and manage pre- and post-sales support
-Provide freight shipping quotes and coordinate deliveries with both customers and freight carriers
-Track orders, returns, cancellations, and warranties from start to finish
-Manage product listings and updates on Shopify (new products, pricing, descriptions, etc.)
-Set up
-Communicate with suppliers to solve customer problems quickly
-Spot recurring issues and proactively recommend process improvements
-Collaborate with the founder on special projects
-Help recruit, train, and manage future tea
-Represent our brand with pride and take ownership of the customer experience
We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
-Fluent in American English — exceptional spoken communication is essential as you’ll be speaking with U.S. customers daily. Please only apply if you're confident in your ability to sound natural and professional in American English.
-Experienced in Sales and/or Customer Support (at least 3 years preferred)
-Experienced in managing a team with direct reports (even a small one)
-Confident on the phone and comfortable guiding customers through solutions
-Comfortable managing shipping quotes, B2B conversations, and high-ticket orders
-Self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a remote work environment
-Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and follow-through
-Empathetic, patient, and a clear communicator
-Equipped with a reliable computer, strong internet, and a quiet work environment
Nice-to-Haves (Not Required):
-Experienced in Shopify and eCommerce operations (at least 3 years preferred)
-Experience setting up and/or managing CRM systems (such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Freshdesk)
-Experience with dropshipping, freight shipping, B2B, or technical product sales
-Experience setting up Klaviyo or other
-Experience listing products on Shopify
-Experience working for a U.S.-based eCommerce company

Schedule:
Full-time: 40 hours/week during U.S. business hours
Pay:
$1,800 USD /month (PHP ~102,000/month), paid weekly
-Potential to increase pay based on performance
Benefits:
-13th month pay (prorated in your first year)
-$25/week stipend for health insurance and government contributions
-20 paid days off per year (after 6 months) + 8 U.S. holidays
