JOB OVERVIEW

What You’ll Be Doing:
-Link-In-Bio Management:
Set up and manage a clean, organized link-in-bio (Linktree, Beacons, or similar)
Make sure it includes access to my latest campaigns, content, and my personal website or “face page”
-E-Cook Book Development:
Gather most popular recipes on my social media and help format/design it into a digital cookbook
Organize and launch a professional and on-brand E-book from pilot to execution
-Content Idea Support
Brainstorm and pitch new content ideas monthly (Reels, TikToks, themes, trends, hooks)
Stay up to date with trending content styles and apply them to my brands niche (drinks, food, lifestyle)
-General Admin Support
Help with brand follow-ups, email sorting, file organizing, light scheduling, etc.
Take on new tasks and projects as they come up — flexibility is key!

Requirements:
-Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
-Experience as a VA, preferably for a content creator or influencer
-Familiar with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suites, Google Docs, Dropbox/Drive, Linktree or Beacons
-Organized, proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
-Can work independently and take initiative
-Good eye for design and basic formatting

Bonus Skills:
-Experience building eBooks or digital products
-Familiar with social media trends and editing apps (CapCut, TikTok, InShot, etc.)
