Bookkeeper/Accounting Staff

Job description:

Performs day to day bookkeeping and bank reconciliation
Performs month-end reporting and balance sheet reconciliation
Statement reconciliation and approving of bills
Weekly Payroll
Performs adhoc tasks such as replying and checking client emails
1PM to 8PM shift


Qualifications:

Graduate of any Accounting-related course
Fresh graduates are welcome but must be willing to learn and be trained
Must have a background in GAAP
Fast learner and have a background in Financial Reporting and Journal Entry
Must have strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel
Computer literate
Willing to start immediately
Must be from Talon-Talon Zamboanga City or nearby areas
Shift ends at 8PM, must be willing to work within the designated time
Honest, trustworthy and punctual
THIS IS AN ONSITE JOB, NOT A WFH SET-UP
