About the Role:
You’ll be reaching out to patients via phone to check in, provide updates, and ensure they feel supported and cared for. This is more than just a customer service role—it’s about building meaningful relationships and making a difference in people’s lives every day.
What You’ll Do:
Make outbound calls to patients
Share updates about their care or services
Ask how the team can better support them and address any concerns
Deliver exceptional, compassionate service on every call
Build rapport and trust with patients
Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously
End each call on a positive note, leaving patients with a good experience
What We’re Looking For:
Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese and English (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A warm, friendly, and engaging phone presence
Experience in customer service or patient outreach is a plus
Reliable internet and a quiet remote work environment
Ability to work Pacific Time, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
