About the Role
As a Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and schedule consultations with our sales team. Your role is crucial in creating a seamless and positive experience for each lead, ensuring they feel supported and excited about the next step in their journey to better health.

Key Responsibilities
-Conduct outbound and inbound conversations with potential clients via phone, text, and social media.
-Qualify leads by asking key questions to understand their goals, challenges, and readiness for our program.
-Educate leads on the value of our services while building rapport and trust.
-Schedule appointments for sales consultations, ensuring a smooth handoff to our coaching team.
-Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in our CRM system.
-Follow up consistently with leads to keep them engaged and informed.
-Stay up to date on program offerings and company updates to provide accurate information.

What We're Looking For
-Strong English communication skills, both verbally and written, with a friendly, professional, and confident approach.
-A self-motivated individual who thrives in a goal-driven environment.
-Ability to build quick rapport and engage in meaningful conversations.
-Prior experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting is a plus.
-Comfortable using CRM systems and handling multiple communication platforms.
-Ability to adapt and handle objections with professionalism and empathy.
