LeadersAdapt is looking for a Social Media Manager & Video Editor to join our growing team. You'll lead daily content publishing, engagement, and brand storytelling across multiple platforms—starting with LeadersAdapt and expanding to other ventures led by our CEO (including Leapfrog Funds and Inez Springs RV Park).

Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute content strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Craft compelling storytelling and strong message hooks to drive engagement
- Conduct A/B testing and content optimization using data-driven insights
- Maintain an organized content system via Asana, Trello, and cloud storage for easy repurposing
- Post daily: reels, stories, static posts, carousels, and short-form video
- Engage with followers (30 mins before & after posting), reply to DMs, and foster a strong community
- Welcome new followers with a thoughtful message and clean up inactive or spam followers
- Support chat-based sales by building trust through content
- Align all content with business goals and brand identity
- Collaborate with the executive team and marketing to maintain consistent messaging

Video Editing & Content Creation
- Edit and produce platform-specific short-form and long-form videos
- Repurpose existing content into scroll-stopping short-form formats
- Add captions, transitions, and storytelling layers to boost watch time and engagement
- Create leadership insights, Q&A, educational, and personal brand-style videos

Content Strategy & Execution
- Social Media Content Creation: Plan, draft, and publish content that educates, converts, and inspires
- Brand Content Pillars: Align all posts with defined brand themes and messaging goals
- Content Calendar: Maintain a consistent, forward-looking calendar using Asana or Trello
- Creative Direction: Bring new ideas to the table and help shape the voice and visual tone of the brand
- Content Workflow Systems: Organize and tag content assets for reuse, version control, and tracking

Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor key metrics (views, engagement, follower growth) across all platforms
- Track performance weekly and iterate content based on what works
- Identify opportunities to test new formats, hooks, or trends

Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in Social Media Management & Video Editing
- Proven success managing and growing multiple social accounts
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook algorithms
- Proficiency in video editing tools: CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, Opus Clip, or Final Cut
- Strong organizational and project management skills (Asana, Trello, Google Drive)
- Excellent English copywriting and communication skills
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights)

Bonus: Experience with Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads

Schedule & Tools:
Full-Time: 40 hours/week
Shift: Monday to Friday | 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM PH Time (with 1-hour unpaid break)
Schedule can be adjusted based on discussion.

Tools We Use:
Slack, Google Drive, Asana, Trello, CapCut, Canva, Opus Clip, OpenVPN, Adobe Premier Pro, ManyChat, ActiveCampaign social platforms & schedulers and other tools that would help you succeed and maximize your efficiency.

Compensation & Perks
- Starting Salary: $700/month (paid bi-weekly via Wise)
- Performance-Based Bonuses: Awarded upon hitting milestones (e.g., engagement growth, campaign goals, content quality benchmarks)
- Performance-Based Salary Increase: Annual review and raise based on contribution, creativity, and consistency
- 13th-month pay
- Paid vacation and sick leave (accrued monthly with accrual cap)
