We’re expanding our intake team and looking for a dedicated Filipino professional to join our growing family. We already have 17 incredible Filipino tea ---------- mbers, and you’ll be joining a friendly, supportive remote team that values your voice and experience.

Position Overview
We are hiring a full-time Intake Specialist with prior experience in Social Security Disability (SSDI/SSI) client intake. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, is detail-oriented, and understands the unique emotional and logistical needs of disability clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Speak with prospective clients via phone, email, and text
• Collect and document client information accurately and confidentially
• Pre-qualify clients for Social Security Disability or SSI cases
• Explain the intake process and answer client questions empathetically
• Schedule consultations and follow up with leads
• Qualify and sign up clients for our services
•Maintain detailed and accurate records in our case management system (Salesforce/Litify experience is a plus)

Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience handling disability intake (Social Security Disability or similar legal field)
•Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with the U.S. Social Security system is highly preferred
• Ability to work U.S. business hours (night shift Philippines time)
• Reliable internet connection and quiet home work environment
