???? Responsibilities:

Assist with credit report analysis and data entry

Send and organize dispute letters (we'll train you!)

Maintain CRM and update client records

Monitor client progress and follow up via email

Prepare monthly reports and track milestones

Respond to basic client questions (template-based responses)

Support with digital file organization and Google Drive management

Assist in creating social media captions or Canva templates (bonus)

? Qualifications:

Strong written and spoken English skills

Familiarity with U.S. credit system is a PLUS (but not required – we’ll train you)

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Can follow SOPs and work independently

Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Canva, or CRM software is a plus

? Work Hours:
10-20 hours/week to start – flexible schedule but must be responsive during PH daytime hours. Room to grow to full-time.

???? Salary:
Starting at $3.50 – $5.00 USD/hour depending on experience, with opportunities for raises and bonuses based on performance.
