GHL and Funnel/Email Sequence Pro

Timeline: Project starts immediately, must be completed by May 1 — we’re hoping to have the project live by next week
Experience Required: GoHighLevel (GHL), email marketing, basic funnel strategy, automation, and lead tracking

???? What We're Building
We’re launching a digital marketing package for contractors (pavers, masons, landscapers) on Long Island. The offer is already written — now we need your help building and launching the funnel and email marketing in GoHighLevel.

You do not need to design a full website. We are building a service page separately — your focus will be the high-converting landing page and email flow inside GoHighLevel. If this goes well, we will need you for many jobs!

? Your Responsibilities

Funnel Setup in GoHighLevel
- Build a clean, mobile-friendly landing page inside GHL
- Include opt-in form with Name, Email, Phone
- Add CTA button, trust elements, and visuals (provided)
- Create a confirmation/thank you page with next steps
- Connect the funnel to a custom domain if needed
- Ensure the funnel displays correctly on mobile
- Form Automations & Notifications
- Set up automated email response after form submission
(e.g., “Thanks, we’ll be in touch soon”)
- Set up lead notification alert (to email or SMS)
- Send test form submissions to verify all automations


Email Campaign Setup
- Create and schedule a 5-part cold outreach email sequence in GHL (copy provided)
- Automate triggers and delays between emails
- Tag/segment contacts for tracking
- Report on open rates, clicks, and replies

Contact List Management
- Upload provided or collected contact list(s)
- Format and clean CSVs for GHL import
- Tag lists based on campaign source (e.g. “Paving Contractors LI”)

???? Bonus (If You're Experienced)
- Help collect contractor emails via directories or Google Maps
- Set up Calendly integration or similar booking link (if requested)
- Recommend any other automations to make the funnel more effective
