Part-Time Creative Project Manager/ Brand Launcher (Remote)

$400/month | Approx. 25 hrs/week | Flexible Schedule | Remote | US Timezone Alignment (PT preferred)

Industry: Food, Events, Lifestyle, & Ecommerce

Heart of the Table is launching soon and we’re looking for a creative, strategic, and self-directed Creative Project Manager / Brand Launcher to bring this vision to life.
We're building a curated platform that blends private chef services, ticketed events, farm-to-table dining experiences, and boutique product sales inspired by brands like Cozymeal, CookUnity, and Gather. Think: meal prep, chef-led classes, catering, magical dinner events, and a shop with digital and physical goods.
This is not a traditional project management role. We need someone startup-minded, someone who can take a high-level idea, study similar models, and build systems from the ground up. You’ll work closely with the founder and manage designers, web developers, and future tea ---------- mbers to make sure our creative projects (like email campaigns, branding, ads, and websites) are done well and on time.

What You’ll Do
Competitor Analysis: Study competitors and adapt proven models to fit our brand
Team Support & Management: Guide our creatives (graphic designer, web developer) and give clear, helpful feedback to keep projects moving. Oversee creation of booking systems, onboarding flows for chefs and vendors, and service pages
Project Oversight: Help manage timelines, workflows, and tasks to make sure deliverables are submitted on time and meet client goals. Ensure readiness for monetization: pricing, bundling, gift cards, and vendor partnerships
Creative Review: Review drafts and assets to ensure they match the brand, follow directions, and look polished before sending to clients.
Cross-Team Communication: Keep everyone in the loop and work with the team to align on timelines and priorities.
Creative Problem-Solving: Step in when issues come up and help find quick, smart solutions to keep everything on track.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You...
Have 3+ years of experience managing creative teams or marketing projects
Understand how to review design and copy and can spot what’s working and what needs fixing
Are obsessed with smart, scalable infrastructure and love getting systems in place
Know how to lead a project with autonomy and confidence
Are proactive and solutions-oriented, you don’t wait for direction, you take initiative and keep things moving
Are familiar with hospitality, events, or food-based brands
Have working knowledge of tools like Wix, Shopify, Zapier, etc.
Are comfortable managing freelancers and remote teams
Thrive in fast-paced environments where you can move quickly, iterate often, and keep communication flowing
Bring a balance of creativity, organization, and strategic thinking to every project

Bonus Points If:
You've launched a product or brand before, even your own!
You’ve worked in experiential events, chef platforms, or community-driven projects
You're familiar with creating funnels, upsells, and digital product sales
You know how to build systems that drive both sales and partnerships
We’re not looking for someone to just “check tasks off a list.” We want someone who cares about the work, supports the team, and helps us grow our creative projects with care and consistency.

How to Apply
Please fill out the application form at ---------- to be considered for the Creative Project Manager/ Brand Launcher role. We will only entertain or reply to applicants who have completed the form.
