We’re looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented, english proficient CRM Customer Support Specialist to join our growing Christian faith-based team! In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with clients inside their CRM accounts (primarily GoHighLevel), providing hands-on support, especially with building out thier funnels and websites, and guidance to ensure a smooth, successful user experience.
English Fluency Is a Must
You must be highly proficient in both written and spoken English. Clear, professional communication is essential, as you’ll be working directly with clients and representing our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized support inside client CRM accounts, especially with building out thier funnels and websites.
Respond to client inquiries via chat,
Troubleshoot issues related to automations, pipelines, and CRM tools
Educate clients on using the platform efficiently
Educate and create websites, funnels, and lead magnets inside of CRM
Create using Canva, Capcut, etc. tools for client needs
Escalate advanced issues to our tech team when needed
Keep detailed documentation of all interactions
Requirements:
Fluent in English (excellent grammar, clear communication)
Experience working with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel preferred)
Organized, responsive, and proactive problem-solver
Friendly and professional client-facing demeanor
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Biblical moral values
Bonus Skills:
Background in digital marketing, healthcare, or coaching industries
Experience building automations, funnels, or
Previous virtual assistant or customer support experience
Schedule:
1 hour/day with opportunity for growth
$2/hour
Monday–Friday | scheduled hour sometime within 9am-8pm CST
