We're hiring a Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of our travel agency Reset & Rise Travel Co. – Where Boss Women Go to Breathe. Your main goal? Help us inspire, attract, and convert travelers through faceless, aesthetically pleasing, and on-brand social media content.

???? Responsibilities:
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

Set up and maintain Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook profiles for the travel brand

Schedule and post daily content (reels, stories, carousels, etc.)

Engage with followers, answer DMs, and respond to comments to build community

Track analytics and provide monthly reports on growth and engagement

CONTENT CREATION (FACELESS STYLE)

Create and repurpose content using stock footage, Canva graphics, and trending audio

Design quote cards, travel tips, and inspirational posts that align with our brand aesthetic

Curate video clips for travel destinations, resort tours, group travel promos, etc.

MARKETING & SALES SUPPORT

Promote travel packages, seasonal deals, and group trips

Drive traffic to booking pages, lead magnets, and email sign-ups

Write simple captions with clear calls-to-action to boost inquiries and conversions

Email marketing

? Ideal Candidate:
Has 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing or VA support

Creative and trend-savvy with an eye for design and storytelling

Knows how to create high-performing faceless content

Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision

Loves travel and understands how to spark wanderlust in others

? Hours & Pay:
10–20 hours per week to start, with potential to grow

Flexible schedule, but some availability needed during U.S. business hours

$3.50 per hour
