Full-Time Web Developer for Real Estate Website (Builder.io + API Integrations + Zoho)

We are a real estate business in Ontario, Canada, seeking a *skilled and reliable web developer* to build and maintain a client-facing real estate website similar in functionality and design to *Redfin*.

The website will be built on * ---------- * and integrated with:
- Repliers API for listing data
- Zoho CRM for lead capture, deal tracking, and automation

You will work closely with our team to design, develop, test, and deploy a modern, mobile-responsive site that serves both clients and our internal team.

This is a long-term opportunity with consistent hours and potential growth. You must have experience with APIs, frontend UI/UX, Zoho integrations, and ideally, ---------- .

###Responsibilities:
- Build the website on ---------- with custom components as needed
- Integrate Repliers API to show live real estate listings
- Connect forms and dashboard components to Zoho CRM
- Develop a client dashboard (saved searches, showings, application documents, etc.)
- Optimize for performance, responsiveness, and SEO
- Collaborate with the marketing and CRM team for workflows and tracking
- Handle ongoing maintenance and feature requests

###Requirements:
- Proven experience in ---------- or similar visual builders (React/Next.js experience is a plus)
- Strong skills in JavaScript, REST APIs, HTML/CSS
- Prior work integrating external APIs and CRM systems
- Experience with Zoho One/Zoho CRM and automation is a big advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Full-time availability (30-40 hours/week)
- Willing to work in collaboration with our design and marketing team

### Preferred but not required:
- Experience working with real estate platforms (MLS, IDX, etc.)
- Experience with booking/scheduling tools and dashboards
