Reddit & Twitter/X Manager – Outreach, Engagement & Promotion

Role Overview
Seeking for a detail-oriented, creative, and proactive Reddit & Twitter/X Manager to drive growth and community interaction across multiple social media accounts. This role is focused on increasing brand visibility, executing outreach campaigns, and ensuring consistent, persona-aligned content delivery across ---------- and Twitter/X. TikTok and Instagram support may be needed occasionally, with a focus on content scheduling and light engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Platform Setup: Create and maintain Reddit, Twitter/X, and Instagram accounts. Ensure each account reflects the client’s brand identity and is fully optimized for engagement.
Content & Engagement: Publish and interact regularly in relevant subreddits, Twitter threads, and Instagram posts. Stay aligned with each brand’s tone, style, and persona.
Lead Generation: Conduct niche-specific outreach to attract followers, collaborators, and potential audience members.
Growth Strategy: Leverage trending hashtags, manage content scheduling, monitor analytics, and fine-tune strategy based on performance.
Workflow Automation: Use tools or automated systems to manage posts, track performance, and streamline routine tasks.
Strategic Input: Provide regular feedback on content performance and collaborate with the team to refine the overall strategy.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with content creators, brand strategists, and scheduling assistants to coordinate campaigns and timing.

Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience managing ---------- and Twitter/X accounts.
Excellent command of English; a tone that is witty, persuasive, and engaging.
Familiarity with online branding, niche development, and community interaction.
Deep understanding of Reddit’s culture, subreddit-specific rules, and engagement tactics.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Preferred)
Experience using tools like Later, Hootsuite, Zapier, or Reddit Enhancement Suite.
Chat moderation experience (Telegram, ---------- ).
Canva or basic visual content creation skills.
Strategic thinking based on target personas and niche market research.
Experience with TikTok or Instagram as a support platform for audience growth.
