Customer Support Manager

At GoGoPets, we are looking for a Customer Support Manager with an advanced level of conversational English (C1-C2).

The ideal candidate should have the ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken, to provide excellent support to our customers.

We specialize in ground transportation for all types of pets, so if you love animals, you will enjoy working with us.

We offer:

100% remote work.
Monthly salary of 800 USD. If you are willing to work on Saturdays, the salary is negotiable.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (GMT-5 time zone). It doesn't matter in which country you are located, as long as you can work during the indicated hours.
Please take the following into account:

We use a software called Hubstaff that you will need to install on your computer for time and productivity tracking.
We are a diverse team from different countries and cultures, so an open mindset is ideal.
Having strong analytical thinking is essential since the effectiveness of everyone working in the company is measured by results.
Requirements:

Excellent handling of digital tools (CRM, Google Sheets, Zoom, etc.).
Analytical thinking.
Used to working in a results-oriented environment.
Previous experience in customer support.
Fluent English (C1-C2).
